Ivano Ilardo speaker at the “L’Italia che Abiteremo 2026” conference organised by Remind
The latest edition of “L’Italia che Abiteremo 2026”, an event organised by Remind – the Association for Best Practice in Italy’s Productive Sectors – took place on 8 July in Rome, in the Sala Biblioteca at Palazzo INAIL.
The initiative provided an important opportunity to reflect on the future of cities, suburbs and regions, against a backdrop of profound transformation in the places where people live, work and travel. With contributions from experts, decision-makers and industry leaders, the meeting explored the themes of property, infrastructure and mobility, with a particular focus on the challenges of environmental sustainability, technological innovation, integrated security and quality of life.
During the panel discussion “Enhancing local areas: cities, suburbs and communities”, Ivano Ilardo, Senior Advisor | Business Development at RYZE took the floor, sharing his thoughts on the property sector and the role that service providers are called upon to play in shaping the housing models of the future. “The evolution of the property market requires a change in approach and an increasingly multidisciplinary vision. Maximising the value of properties depends on the ability to integrate expertise, innovation and a focus on people, developing valuation and management models that successfully combine sustainability, social value and growth.”
Our thanks go to Paolo Crisafi, Chairman of Remind, for facilitating an important opportunity for discussion on a strategic issue for our country’s future.
For RYZE, contributing to this dialogue means continuing to put expertise, innovation and vision at the service of regional transformation and the creation of sustainable value.
