RYZE advised UniCredit as Technical & Valuation Advisor, providing Technical Due Diligence, Project Monitoring and ABI-compliant Valuation services in connection with the financing of a new student residence in Cologno Monzese, in the Milan metropolitan area.

The €41.4 million financing, which will support the acquisition and development costs of the project, was made available by UniCredit to Milano Student Living, a special purpose vehicle belonging to the LIFE Group, a European operator specialising in the development and management of student accommodation.

The project involves the conversion and refurbishment of an existing office building into a modern Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) facility, located in the immediate vicinity of the M2 underground station. The development will cover approximately 15,000 sqm and provide over 600 beds for students.
