The financing transaction for the completion of a major intermodal logistics hub located within the Quadrante Europa in Verona, one of Europe’s most strategic logistics corridors, has been finalised.

As part of the transaction, Bayview Commercial Mortgage Italy Fund was supported by RYZE as Technical Advisor, providing Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring services.

The senior financing, amounting to a total of €34 million, was provided by the Bayview Commercial Mortgage Italy (BCMI Fund), managed by Finint Investments, with Bayview Italia Srl acting as service provider.

The project, developed by Figura 11 Srl, an Italian company active in logistics real estate development and part of the Cordifin Group, involves a state-of-the-art logistics complex with a direct rail connection and a long-term lease to a leading international group operating in the packaging and renewable materials sectors.

The transaction will support the refinancing and completion of the development, contributing to the enhancement of the logistics infrastructure of the Quadrante Europa in Verona.
