Foncière LFPI Europa, on behalf of FLE Italia SICAF (sponsored by Lazard), has completed the sale to an institutional investor of a significant portion of a property portfolio acquired in 2015, comprising properties located in the historic centres of Lucca, Forlì and Catania.

The portfolio, with a total area of approximately 3,800 square metres, comprises a plot of land and two free-standing buildings of historical interest, which are subject to conservation orders under cultural heritage legislation. The properties are currently let to a leading Italian banking group.

RYZE’S ROLE

As part of the transaction, RYZE acted as Technical Advisor, assisting Foncière LFPI Europa with the technical aspects of the sale process and providing specialist support throughout the various stages of the transaction.

At the same time, RYZE acted as Building Manager, ensuring the operational coordination of property management activities and the parties involved, thereby contributing to operational continuity and the successful outcome of the divestment process.

This assignment confirms RYZE’s integrated approach, which combines technical advisory services and operational asset management to support investors and institutional operators throughout the key phases of the property lifecycle.
