Laura Piantanida, Head of Institutional Relations & Service Innovation of the YARD REAAS Group, will participate in the roundtable discussion organized by GRI Club Europe titled “BTR Italy: greater intensity of investment deals or ‘hard to find’ operational expertise,” taking place on February 19 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Milan.

During her speech, Laura will focus on the services and the skills required of a Property & Building Manager in managing a Build to Rent complex, drawing insights from three ongoing projects. She will outline the key lessons learned from the first rental residential development in Cascina Merlata, Milan (170 units, operational since September 2023) and how these lessons are being applied to two major new projects nearing completion in Milan (650 units) and Rome (250 units).

Joining Laura at the roundtable – moderated by Alessandro Dileo of Colliers Global Investors Italy and Silvio Sancilio of Colliers International – will be Michele Beolchini from Investire SGR, Antonio Fuoco from REDO SGR, and Maurizio Monteverdi from Morning Capital - Asset & Investment Management.
