With its characteristic mushroom shape, Torre Velasca is one of Milan’s most iconic historical buildings. With 28 floors and a height of 106 meters high, it comprises more than 30,000 sqm that include offices, residences and shops. As part of the wider renovation project, which is due to be completed in 2023, a restoration of the external façade and a new, more functional and dynamic interior space design, as well as a redevelopment of the entire surrounding area are planned.
